Terms & Conditions – ATNEXT GLOBAL 

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP (referred to as “Supplier,” “We,” or “Us”) and the customer (referred to as “Buyer,” “You,” or “Customer”) regarding the manufacturing, sale, and purchase of indoor lights, outdoor lights, pendant lights, wires & cables, MCB & tape rolls (collectively referred to as “Products”). By accessing our website or placing an order with ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders placed with ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP are subject to confirmation and acceptance.
• Prices, specifications, and availability of Products are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in writing between ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP and the Buyer.
• All payments must be made in the currency and within the timeline specified on the invoice.

3. Delivery

• Delivery dates are approximate and may vary depending on manufacturing, transportation, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon delivery.

4. Shipping and Handling

• Any applicable shipping, handling, duties, or taxes shall be borne by the Buyer.
• Import duties, customs charges, and other government levies are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. Quality and Warranty

• ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP warrants that the Products will conform to the specifications provided at the time of purchase.
• Any claims for defects or non-conformity must be reported within the applicable warranty period for each Product category.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns of defective Products are subject to ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP’s return policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our return and refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to product designs, trademarks, and copyrights.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ATNEXT GLOBAL LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Products.

9. Force Majeure

• We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the course of the business relationship.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

12. Entire Agreement

• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications or understandings.

13. Amendment and Waiver

• Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
• Failure by either party to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
